Passionate Marriage Celebrant
I gained my experience and excitement for wedding ceremonies while working as a Relieving Registrar in the NSW Court System,I have undertaken the exciting challenge of self-employment and trained as a Commonwealth Marriage Celebrant. I want to do this as I love to see families and friends coming together to celebrate special occasions.
Whether you desire an intimate elopement or a grand celebration, I will be there every step of the way to ensure your vision becomes a reality. From the initial consultation to the final 'I now pronounce you....' moment, I will infuse your ceremony with warmth, sincerity and a touch of humour.
I have solemnised marriages in all sorts of locations including the front of Courthouses, waterfront properties, ankle deep beach pools, in the outback and even a nursing home where all the residents/guests prepared the food, decorated the room and celebrated the event together. That event was so joyous, we even made the local paper.
As your Marriage Celebrant I will play a crucial role in helping you create a wedding ceremony that will reflect your love, values and unique relationship, while also ensuring that all legal requirements are met according to the Australian Legislation to be legally married.
My Services
All of my services include a comprehensive consultation to assist you in deciding on all elements of an amazing ceremony.
I will guide you step by step through all of the legal aspects required to be officially married. If you have a valid reason as to why you need to be married within the 30 day filing period, I have experience in the process of seeking a 'Shortening of Time' application. If you don't have all of the necessary identification required, I will be able to assist you in the procedural information to ensure you comply with the requirements. By asking all the relevant questions, I will prepare a unique and personalised ceremony tailored to you. With your input and approval, we will create special memories, symbolic to your life story. I would also be honoured to include any special rituals.
I will deliver a ceremony celebrating love that can be as swift or as detailed as you would like, catering to all of your requirements, including music and readings. I work well with all professionals involved in the preparation of a special day, including all vendors you select to engage for your ceremony. We will work to ensure it's exactly as you've always wanted and at a price that you can afford.
Wedding Ceremony Checklist
I am more than happy to prepare a checklist for your special day, so that nothing is overlooked. Are you planning on a formal or relaxed style ceremony, something fun...in amongst the vines....Have you considered a contingency plan, weather related, do you have a plan 'B'.
I will tailor a Ceremony to be a reflection of your desires and love, and obviously you will approve it all.
