After an initial phone call, we can meet up in person, or via zoom, we can discuss available dates, location, time. We can establish the style of ceremony and the vibe you have in mind for your special day. I will then be happy to email to you the Notice of intended marriage and verify your date/location of birth, and sight your photo ID's. I will also give you the required 'Happily Ever Before & After'. You may like to think of what you would like include, an approximate number of guests, when should you book a venue and your budget.

In addition to performing your ceremony, I will guide you through all the legal processes required under The Marriage Act 1961, including the lodging of the Notice of Intended Marriage, which must be filed with me at least 30 days prior to your chosen ceremony day.After signing the documentation at the ceremony, I will forward the required documents to the BDM's office of the relevant state. This must be done within 14 days of the ceremony.

A wedding can never have too many smiles, or too much laughter, Let's sit down together and choose the words for your wedding, think of what it was about your partner that you were first attracted to. Your vows may be as unrestricted as you like to express your love to each other.They may be as fun and humorist, or just responsive as you choose. You can have the music and readings that you want, as long as the Legal Vows and Monitum are said by each party.
You will also need 2 witnesses over the age of 18 to be present while you say your vows, and to witness you signing the necessary legal documents.
